Payment Policies

Rates:
Rates vary depending on the type of services provided. Please call for more information and we will be happy to assist you.

Self-Pay:
Healing in Hope, LLC has chosen not to contract with insurance companies for a variety of reasons. These reasons include, but are not limited to: if a client does not meet criteria for a mental health or substance dependence/use diagnoses we do not need to assign one, treatment is driven by client needs and therapist clinical recommendations rather than a third party, increased confidentiality and privacy, and no third party access to your medical record.

Payment:
The following payment types are accepted at Healing in Hope, LLC: Cash, Venmo, checks, and most major credit cards. The fee is due prior to the start of your session.

Cancellation Policy:
At Healing in Hope, LLC we understand clients may have unforeseen reasons they need to cancel or reschedule appointments. Please reach out as soon as possible by calling the office directly, at 609-365-1247, if you need to change your appointment. Our cancellation policy requests you reach out at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, otherwise you will be changed the full session fee.
