Do you ever feel alone, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle of worry and self-doubt? Are sadness, fear, or irritability making it difficult to get through the day? When facing depression, anxiety, or trauma, even the simplest tasks can feel like too much. Life’s challenges—whether big or small—can weigh heavily on your heart. But I want you to know there is hope. It’s okay to ask for help. Take a deep breath—you are not alone. You deserve a life filled with peace, love, stability, and joy.

Therapy is a collaborative process, a conversation where listening and speaking work hand in hand. Together, we’ll define your goals, and I’ll offer guidance, insight, and support to help you move forward. My clients often describe me as kind and genuine, but also honest and direct. I’ll walk alongside you as you begin to piece things back together. Sometimes, the smallest step in the right direction leads to the biggest transformation.

No matter what you’re going through—whether temporary or something that feels more lasting—don’t give up on yourself. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I’m currently accepting new clients.

Healing in Hope

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), I bring over 25 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment. My career has spanned various settings, including in-home therapy, inpatient and outpatient programs, and private practice, where I have worked extensively with children, teens, adults, couples and families.

Committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, I founded my private practice to create a supportive, safe space where individuals can heal, grow, and regain control of their lives. My mission is to empower clients through effective therapy, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve lasting well-being.

more about me

From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. My cousin Julie’s 16-year battle with Leukemia deeply shaped my perspective on resilience, compassion, and the importance of quality care. Inspired by her journey, I began volunteering at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), spending time with children facing similar challenges. While I loved my experience at CHOP, my career path led me to Bancroft Neurohealth in Haddonfield, NJ, where I worked with children diagnosed with Autism. It was there that I realized my true calling—helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges through psychotherapy.

Determined to deepen my knowledge and skills, I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2004. Over the next decade, I worked as an in-home therapist for children, teens, and families while gaining experience in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. These diverse experiences allowed me to refine my clinical expertise and develop a well-rounded approach to therapy.

In 2012, I obtained my certification to supervise clinicians as they pursued their own licensure, a role I found incredibly rewarding. I also held leadership positions as a Director in various outpatient mental health and addiction programs across New Jersey, further strengthening my clinical skill set.

After years of working in different therapeutic settings, I knew it was time to follow my true passion—creating a very special space where I could provide compassionate, client-centered care on my own terms. I launched my private practice to offer a safe, supportive environment for those seeking healing, guidance, and personal growth. Helping others has always been at the heart of my journey, and I am grateful every day to do what I love.
